MESSAGE,PHONEBOOK and EMAIL APP ERROR..HELP ME PLEASE..

dear all..
my e680i's (flashed to e680g) message,phone book and email app got some problems.
when I tap on message menu it said WAITING FOR DATABASE.. for hours and no sign of completion...i tried to sent sms from other phone and it didn't delivered...
when i check the phonebook, there is no single entry both in phone and mmc memory. i tried to enter new entry, it said SAVE ERROR..
the email application can't be opened..

what should i do to fix it..??

your message,phonebook and email database is corrupt. i have the same problem, so i flashed my firmware, the error is disappear but i can't save my database.

if you have the copy of your database from /ezxlocal/sysDatabase/* , you can just copy it back to the same directory via telnet
