Help to record louder

Pls help me to edit the recorder to record louder, it's so soft while the camera is so loud, so good, I think making the recorder can be record louder is quiet available.
I have an idea that is editting the recorder or can make a software that can be modify the gaintable.txt fie, when we want to record louder we run it, and want to work in normal mode we can switch it (because I think the line of recorder is relate to the line of fone talking when we fone so if we don't switch to normal mode we talk'll too loud)
