i think u stuck in bootscreen whent try to flash if not mistaken.me also got that probs when frst time try to flash.....
maybe this can help u(tanx 4 aremcy to teach me this)

how to flash (summary) - based on my memory (if i miss something hope that others reading this will correct me)

    1) install pst, in your pc go to c:/program files/motorola/pst
    2) click on multiflashflex.exe
    3) set your phone to blue boot-up screen by pressing volume down + camera + on buttons
    4) plug phone to pc using usb cable, the pc will ask for drivers. drivers are found in the pst folder of your pc
    5) after multiflashflex recognizes your phone, in the flash file name browse to where you put the new firmware (*.shx). you can get the firmware in this forum just do some searching. (i don't have a firmware to upload so i can't help you about that)
    6) click on start and wait until flashing process is complete.
    7) if flashing is successfull (there is no error indicated in the log status. then your phone will be able to function properly now.
after flashing to new firmware, its time to do some modification to customize your phone. (read my post "maximizin e680i for newbies" its in the stickies)

important reminder: in flashing, the general rule is to have at least 50% of your battery power. if your battery doesn't have enough power better look for alternative ways to charge it since you can not charge it using your phone. i think pst is available in the download section

search 4 my probs in this forum,u'll find the stuff that aremcy give me

    good luck!

since your phone hanged in the boot logo, the system has failed to completely start-up and as a result charging of your battery using your phone will be impossible. to charge your battery, you have to use a different charger. i use a universal charger available here in the philippines by plugging only battery to the charger. maybe in your place you have one like that. good luck.
