Newbie to Flashing need help in detail

hi guys i just bought the E680I yesterday. my friend told me to come to this site look for the cool stuff.

i see theres alot of post regarding about the flash etc . but i still kinda have no idea how to do it.....

currently im using the E680I with USA T-Mobile service. which firmware i should get ?

if possible can you guys can teach me the detail on how to flash the firmware for this phone ? or direct me to a link?
