Can you please tell me if its possible to reflash my phone?

and where can i get the fermware?

Its chinese / english language, i use both.

Reason: had problem and now im thinking it the reason my friend only recieves 1 out of every 3 or 4 txt i send her.. hers is a moto raz..

could she have the problem? any advice welcome
