    Default e680i Won't Charge Help

I just got my e680i about 5 days ago, it was working great and still does work. The problem is now when I plug it in to charge nothing happens it's not charging at all. I have tried both batteries it came with, I have tried resetting the phone, I tried the wall charger and the usb through computer nothing seems to wrk. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. thx

if you have drained all of your battery power, then re-charged it there will be a waiting time of about 30 - 40 mins before the battery starts to charge. if not try cleaning the battery terminals with an eraser - sometimes the battery terminal is just dirty making charging difficult.

if the problem is the phone's hardware, the only solution is the bring it to motorola service center.

Try charging with the phone off. That'll help isolate the fault to either h/w connector / component or the internal USB component of the f/w. If still cannot charge and you're good with electronics, try what ksrao said. Check voltage on the USB leads on the board....
