click on the mtf theme file and it'll install... becareful installing theme though. it can screw up ur phone for good.

there is a lot discussed about themes in these forums. may be you could understand much if you did some research before posting a new question.

anywayz,

themes use /ezxlocal directory that has a very limited space. you can not install a whole lot of themes.
but in download section you may see some themes that use SD card for installation. you can use them without worrying.

just keep in mind one thing, if a theme gives you error during installation, never select that theme in settings.
