Help my E680i Hang!!! when touch the screen

Guys, need your help please!!!

Mylovely E680i become HANG when touching the screen.
The phone is working normal unless touching the screen.

Do i need re-flash it? please advice :
1. What the software/tools can be used for flashing?
2. Where can i find it?

reflashing may be a good option (since you are using old firmware too)
or try to disassemble it, clean it from dust.. and...

If ur phone is under warranty i suggest go to moto authorized dealer, better check whether something to do wit h/w or s/w
