I got the server and port parameter from IM+ setting. But there's no post url on IM+ setting, so still doesn't work hehe... I don't know how to make it work.

Yes you can connect to yahoo using chat2cell.
Just go to http://www.chat2cell.com register yourself to get user id.
Download chat2cell client for java phone, install it on E680/i. Launch
chat2cell from phone and login using your user id. After that you can configure yahoo transport by entering your yahoo id and password. That's all... you can chat to your friend from yahoo messenger.


Sandman instruction means :
In virtual english keyboard (for example when typing an sms), there's an "au" button and "ab" button. if you tab "au" button, you can type european language character like ö, ô, ò, û, ù, ÿ, Ö that you can't find in a qwerty keyboard. If you tab "ab", it's back to normal qwerty keyboard.

i just completed flashing my e680 to this firmware but i realise that for phone number 987654321, in this firmware, it will not detect +65987654321 as the same. this sux.

That's wierd....if i dial a number 9XXXXXXXXX or if I dial +919XXXXXXXXX it still work fine....

it is not the dialing problem... it is the contact issue. in my contact i had a person with number 987654321 but when i receive sms from tht guy, his name didn't come up as his number is +65987654321. this firmware can't detect tht both numbers are actually the same but take it as different.

Yes i got the same problem, n i think it about contact application.
I save a number 0215763xxx (name : office1) and when I call my cell phone using that number it didn't show office1 but it show +62215763xxx

So I have to save the complete number : +62215763xxx
Any updates of this firmware so that this problem can be solved??

yes, this is a porblem of contacts. and this is not the only phone with such problem. and i must add, this problem can be compromised easily.
your network send you number of caller/sender always in same format, if it differs with one in ur contacts, then u can simply replace it and u'll never have that issue again.
