tested but it doesnt work. dont know the reason. i'll try it as K00 in RC6.d instead of rc0.d but this time i dont have much hope after two failures.

Introduce new version of english to english explaination dictionary (115,000 words) for E680i/A780:

- The dictionary database is from from Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary (1913); Version 0.46; copyrighted (C) 1996, 1998 by MICRA. It is Unabridged version so the database size before zip is about 28MB.

- Support touch screen. You can pickup any word in display area by tapping on the word you want, then tap on translate button to pick it up. Can choose single word or phrase.

- Enhance search engine (AI), allow incremental search. In case the word is not found, it shows nearby/suggestion words.

- Keep history, allow go backward/forward.

- Multi-language user interface

Thanks to Vu Van Quynh, one of my Vietnamese friends. He did all excellent enhancements above by modifying the source code from DictionaryforMids.

Here is what I did:
- Upgrade dictionary database from version 2.4.3 to 2.7.0 extension.
- Localize user interface of the dictionary. I translate the user interface to following languages:
Chinese
Dutch
French
Greek
German
Italian
Japanese
Rusian
Spanish

Go to http://vllp.sourceforge.net/en/dictionary_download.htm
and download the file English_English_Explanation_Dictionary_115K.zip

After install it, you can choose settings and select your UI language.

Introducing ThreeSearch's cg33 unicode version 1.4

Changes log:

1. Unicode:
Unicode font supports more than 20 languages, including international phonetic aphabet. Go to http://vllp.sourceforge.net/en/dictionary_download.htm to download English-English Explanation dictionary. Go to http://dictionarymid.sourceforge.net to download or setup other dictionaries.

2. Editable .GainTable.txt and 6 vibrate files:
User can adjust .GainTable.txt and/or 6 vibrate files in /diska/.system folder.

3. Startup tone:
When the phone startup, it will play a sound file startup.wav or starup.mp3 in /diska/MyAudio folder.

4. Starup scripts:
When the phone startup, it will execute all the shell scripts in /diska/.system/Startup or /diska/.system/startup folder.

5. Auto telnet:
When USB mode on the phone is set to modem and USB cable is plugged, the phone will execute file acmattach.txt in /diska folder to auto switch to telnet mode.

6. Auto backup native database to memory card:
When USB cable is plugged, the phone will automatic backup all native database files in /ezxlocal/sysDatabase folder to /mmc/mmca1/.system/backup/sysDatabase folder. User can use restore.lin to restore native database from memory card.

7. Bash2 and other bin utilities:
When telnet to the phone, default bash will be set to bash2. User also can use other bin utilities such as nano, strace, snice...

8. Pre-loaded NEO installer:
NEO installer was integrated in /usr/local/neo folder. NEO installer will auto startup when the phone is up. User no need to install NEO installer, no need to run NEO's startup.lin file whenever the phone is up.

9. Pre-loaded Leo's message:
Leo's message was integrated in /user/local/leomsg folder. User can use Leo's message to display custom messages in their shell scripts. Refer to example shell script welcome.lin in /diska/.system/startup folder to see how to use Leo's message in shell script.

10. Latest Opera browser:
Opera browser was upgraded to latest version: 7.50 for EZX, build: 1320

11. Mac OS skin:
Default skin was set to Mac OS skin in /diska/theme/ardz

12. Simplified configuration progress:
Configuration progress has been simplified. After flashing the phone, only one more step need to be done: Tap on the file config_cg33_1.4.mtf in /diska folder, wait for "Operation was successful" and restart the phone.


Steps to install cg33 unicode version 1.4:
1. Go to http://vllp.sourceforge.net/en/e680i_download.htm
2. Download file
ThreeSearch_C5_AB_unicode_chinese_phonetic_editable_gaintable_vibrate_startup_acmattach_bash2_backupnative_neo_leomsg_1.4.zip

or

ThreeSearch_C5_AB_patch_E680_unicode_chinese_phonetic_editable_gaintable_vibrate_startup_acmattach_bash2_backupnative_neo_leomsg_1.4.zip (for E680)

3. unzip you will have following files:
readme.txt
E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_fullCG33.smg --> this cg33 is unicode version 1.4
E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_fullCG36.smg --> this cg36 is to activate mpkg.
test_multi_languages.txt --> open this file on the phone to test unicode
config_cg33_1.4.mtf --> this file is to configure cg33 unicode version 1.4
restore-native.lin --> this file is to restore native database

4. Use PST to flash:
Replace motorola origin smg with:
E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_fullCG33.smg
E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_fullCG36.smg

during "Erasing flash memory" process.

5. Or use Flashkit to flash:
rename E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_fullCG33.smg to c5ab_cg33.smg
rename E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_fullCG36.smg to c5ab_cg36.smg

flashcp -v c5ab_cg33.smg /dev/mtd5
flashcp -v c5ab_cg36.smg /dev/mtd6

Steps to configure cg33 unicode version 1.4:
1. Startup the phone, USB mode is set to Mass Storage by default
2. Connect the phone to PC
3. Use Windows explorer to copy file config_cg33_1.4.mtf to phone memory
4. Disconnect the phone from PC
5. Use file manager application on the phone, tap on the file config_cg33_1.4.mtf in phone memory
6. Wait for "Operation was successful"
7. Change USB mode to modem
8. Restart the phone.

andh1ka, on his webpage there is only one CG33 for AAP available for downloading and it says specifically that it will not work with e680. And yeah, flashkit works great
