E680i touchscreen not responding

hi guyz im new so i realy need ur help.
its been a week that i cannot use my phone i cannot access to others menus the the touch screen is not responding. any help guys i realy apreciate it..

What about the other keys (eg. directional pad,middle button pad)...
If this way work so there's possibilty that your LCD is damaged,you should replace it with a good one.

Btw... why don't you try to reflash your phone first,sometimes this way are works.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Well, am having the same probs.. so flooatz.. is it already fixed ? tell me how plz.. i dont feel like wasting money for strange screen behaviour

Here's another problem when i try to flash the phone, i cannot change it to modem mode since am unable to click on anything, so.. i guess money will get involved soon
I'll re-post the outcome when things are clear

when ya plug yar phone.. does it not connected as ACM??
or instead if it doesn't..
have ya tried to echo "MotACM" to /proc/motusbd-switch?

i have flashed the phone.. but it didn't solve the problem.
it now respond to any touch on the screen just to get to "on and off" the screen/wallpaper.
and i cant go to setup mode to calibrate or anything, its just not there in lower menus for then maybe i can click it with thumb-pad button.. anyhow i can edit the menus below for the setup?
another thing, the default mode is "storage mode" after re-flashed

wah.. your screen seems to be in serious prob
try to reflash again with different firmware, or try to fix your screen first-and if it doesn't work-get a new one

about putting the phone into modem (acm) mode..
i'm out idea tooo (since your screen doesn't work)
