java games not working :(

i installed games on my phone (java) they dont work they work fine on my friends nokia 6600. how can i make them work on my moto phone?

they dont work? just put them on the sd card or the phone memory and double click on the jar archive. but if you say 6600. that is an symbian powered smartphone. sure you are trying to install a java app and not a symbian app? symbian apps dont work with linux phones.

nah its a .jar file and it installs aswell and i c the icon aswell but when i tap it a screen comes up and closes and nothing happens. it is not a .sis file.

maybe the java archives from the nokia mobile includes some informations which the e680 cant read correctly. i just tried out from sony ericsson some games they work. but if the nokia games work i dont know.
but why you dont install the vba emulator and download some nice roms

this makes much more fun as java games. and opie haves nice games on it too. and neo geo and so on.

what i wanna tell ya : why you want to play cheap java games if you can use the power of a open source bases os like linux ?

u r right i will install opie. the vba and neogoeo roms work so slow on my cell phone do u know any way to speed it up ? thanx mate!

most of the nokia java games dont work on the e680 because they are coded a bit otherwise.

download java games from the download section.

I download The game at the download section FIFA oso cannot play...cnt install even...anyone same problem?

if it shows "install failed" then just try to install it again...

sometimes we have to install it twice untils it work.
