u can try ezxcodec software.try search it.![]()
I have successed modify my own CG35 with a help from eakrin (by read his tutorial... thx to eakrin for the knowledge) and now I want to try mods my own CG33 and CG36...
I try to use the same method (modify CG35) with Cygwin, but when I try to compile back with cramfs command it says to much error... "device truncated to 26bit,this almost certainly means that some device files will be wrong"
I really don't know what that's mean?
Is there an easiest way to mods that CG's (CG33,CG36)
Maybe someone here can help me...
Oh btw I'll never feel bored with my E680g hehehe...
Thx b4,
sorry for my bad english...![]()

i do wonder how modified cg36 has USBnet menu in Setting>USB Mode
i've been looking at it, searching for MotMas, MotACM, or MotNet string value in every file, but i couldn't find one
Gurus, tell me how to, please!
i wanna make USBMode has all mode listed (stupid idea, isn't it? since some drivers are missing)
MotMas, MotNet, MotNone (not connected), MotDSPLog, MotNM, MotCdc, MotPst (do i miss any?)

You can change the USB Mode if you hex-edit the ezx_flexbit.cfg. Get XVI32 with bit manipulation or do it by calculating by yourself and use a unix-editor.
The bit for USBnet is [0x68] set to 1 and its equal like to put MotNet in /proc/usbd-switch. With older phones you could switch with AT+MODE=99, now the at command is disabled and a flexbit was created.
When you calculating it by yourself get the hextool from sourceforge.net it is very helpful.
The other modes are handled by at commands like AT+MODE=8 for P2k test commands or AT+MODE=11 for cdc or again with usbd-switch. Maybe there is also a flexbit to enable it in the menue. I dont know.

You can find it in cg36 edited by E398BK from Mfuns

Thanking you
Think i was wrong with hex edit. However i think it could not work because of 8-bit char decoding, sorry. I made a new thread for whole explanation of modify the cg36.
Have a look here:

has anyone tried to enable all the flexs?
eg: by putting (1^32)-1 as value?
and wad is gonna happen then?
