Video Camera record size...

Hi i have search for this and what i found in an earlier thread was incorrect

save this as ezx_camera.cfg and paste it in ezxlocal/download/appwrite/setup ..

this causes the camera app to foul up due to the parameters...

Any help...

zoom in to 1.9 and nothing will foul up.

but how can i zoom if the app wont start??

Restore the standard .cfg file, or if you dont have it backed up ask someone else to post the file here.

that will work on the real 680 with 352x288 video res, but maybe not on a e680i. also i dont know ho to set up the video res in a e680i.

just try it out.

I can restore the cfg files settings to default and get it working, I have a stock e680i by the way, but the max recording rez is 176x144 is there any way to make it 320x240? because once i change the cfg file it stuffs up. And i dont understand this "zoom in to 1.9 and nothing will foul up."

on the real e680 we could edit the .cfg file from "videosize=medium" to "videosize=large" after saving we could use the 352x288 video res, but it worked only we zoomed in min. 1.9x and up to max. 8x.
also we could watch the recorded video in 352x288 res on the phone or computer.

i dont know it is possible on a e680i(or flashed e680 to e680i), so just test it out and save the original settings-file on you phone or computer.
