Depends on what you have and want. E680? E680i? I've got an E680 flashed to AEP. From what I know and tried, by far the best unbraded (with CG35) fw to use.

i have an e680i flashed with c5abp cg 33 and 36 i believe,i will reflashed it because i have some problems on it.but what is the useful of cg? and which is the best "sorry for bad language"

Different CGs do different things. Threesearch's CG33 for example adds a whole bunch of stuff. CG35 & CG36 are used to remove the chinamobile branding after flashing the AEP. Also adds extras like mpkg installer n such.
For mine, I used Threesearch's CG33 & CG32. Sandman's CG35 & CG36. Works just nice. Good speed with lotsa usability. Wanted to try ITMASTER's C35 but dead link not yet fixed. You can try the rest if you want to. If not really what you're after, just flash again.
** Now trying to get flashkit to install...

Thanks for the assist offer bro but I don't think it's fixable. The file was upped by ITMASTER himself to temp hosting services. Now all the links are dead. Here's the thread anyway
