Weird Speaker problem

I have this problem for quite some time..
my speaker has no sound when i play audio files. either thru realplayer or EXMMS!

but the weird thing is that it plays when the headset is inserted!

so i flashed it. 5 times. testing it in between.
i think its because of the fmradio_no_headset application. because up til now, even after flashing, no message is showing up that i should plug the headset.

ive tested my 2.5mm outlet and its working fine. so it's definitely software.

Is there a way to "reverse" the process?
or is there a file in my fone that i should modify? thanks!

the problem is your phone still detect that the headset still connect eventho u already disconnect the headset.the overcome the problem,try insert then remove the headset for several times until u hear a "sound" when u disconnect the headset.

thank u mr naset. i placed a pin inside and it worked. i think my headset jack is corroded. i m going to have it replaced at the service center. thank u
