charging problem

i am using motorola e680i and i am unable charge the phone and phone does not powerup while connected to power socket while charging ,i have to remove the battery and charge manually.then place the battery on phone to powerup the phone.please suggest me what would be the problem how i can fix it.thanku

I faced similar problem. All I did was replaced my original E680i Motorola charger with a cheap V3 one made by some Chinese company. Now its working fine.

it appears to be charging while connected to socket or from usb cable after removing there is no charge to battery

and/or is there sth wrong with the circuit?
