read the FAQ,

motorola use a particular MP3 file to make vibration. Ring+Vibrate at the same time: mix them!

or make some Trance-, or RMB files with much bass, louder with using an sound editor, that will work as a vibrator too...

you can mix it when you edit with another sound together in a soundeditor(audacity).
