Default Need help : My "down" directional button is dead!

    Guyz, need help.

It was raining very hard in Jakarta last night. I was caught in the rain on my motorbike, with my E680i in my shirt pocket. I wore a jacket then, but because it's not waterproof, the rain got into my jacket and my shirt, and ... my E680i !!!

When I got home, I found my E680i all wet. I panicked and grabbed some tissue to dry it up. After that, I switched off my phone, and turned it back on. I was so relieved that it worked perfectly as usual ... until I tried to call my friend, accessed the phone book, and tried to scroll down the contacts ... shit, I can't use the "down" directional button! It's dead. And it's still dead until now.

Anyone had this kind of experience before? Is it really the time for me to see the unreliable Motorola Customer Service?

Try to dry using the hair drier first. I think the navi button inside is wet.
