Cramfs and mkcramfs error, please help me!!!

I modified motorola font AMCSL.TTF complete success for unicode and cramfs C3_Yanz. The cramfsck command does not work (error: access denial, my OS is Mandrake Linux 10.2 with yanz_cramfsck), then i mount C3 by:
1. Telnet into my linux as root and put Yanz_CG33 into
2. mkdir /mnt/tt
3. mount -o loop CG33.smg /mnt/tt
4. tar zcvf /e680-CG33.tar.gz /mnt/tt
5. mkdir /chroot
6. cd /chroot
7. tar zxvf /e680-CG33.tar.gz

In here, i do not modify anyfile in /chroot and do not overwrite AMCSL.TTF by cp command. What's my errors?

Therefore, i login WindowsXP and overwrite AMCSL.TTF file in /chroot. Then i make cramfs file by:
8. mkcramfs /chroot /newCG33.smg
9. rename newCG33.smg to E680I_G_0D.C3.A4P_0D.B0.B1P_T674VE_L001_S001_P006_GSOE680IT674VE006_fullCG33.smg
10. Run PST and reflash my phone, so flash error and my phone does not restart, it' just boot on the first image logo and does not work. What's my errors?

My font AMCSL.TTF have tested successful and i may used it for typed any language in word, excel.

Any one can help me now?
Yanz, can you tell me exactly my mistake in the process above?

OK, it's done when i used Redhat linux. Maybe Mandrake linux had some problems. Thanks all.
