GPRS and MMS has stopped working (t-mobile)

Ive been using my phone for a couple years with no problems and all of a sudden within the last month, I cant use GPRS or MMS for no apparent reason. I never changed any of the settings, Im pretty sure I havent done anything to the phone when it stopped working.
I have tried entering the settings over again from the site as well as using the setting tmobile sends to your phone, but nothing has worked.
Does anyone have any idea what this might have caused it? Had anyone else had this problem?

T Mobile?? There isn't t-mobile operator in my country.
Guys,is there a solution for this?
