did you convert it to .rm, mp4 or 3gp? if yes what

try this with using mp4 if you use windows:

or use the realma producer convert it to .rm with 200kbit 320x240 15FPS, 32kbit(or more) stereo sound.

I suspect it's the same old problem : bitrate, video size, frame rate, sampling rate ...

i found the phone very picky about video size. ie 320x240
i use a program called mpeg4 direct maker. its by Artech
its very quick and gives good quality. it has a built in viewer and also can convert from any movie type to mp4 or to any other movie type.

I know that 25mb is not much, I play 175Mb video files no problem.

Check your bitrate, if it is set too high then the video will not play.

I use Sorenson Squeeze (as we have that at work) to convert videos.

What is the name of the program that you folks use to create videos for the E680/E680i and what are the required video specifications for the movie files?
