    Default E680i FM Redirection

Is there anyway we can control the fm player and redirect the sound to PC via USB connection, so we can do some recording on PC ? assume the headset and USB cable are plugged in.

What about from the "audio-jack" of your phone to "line-in" of your PC? Never tried, tho - just a thought.
Development of EZX-SysInfo / SysEdit application is completed! Version 0.1 Beta 2 is out. Check out in 'Bounty Projects' forum.

i rebuilded a second original motorola headset to a chinch-cable for connect to my stereo and sounds great.

As radio already has a bad audio quality, digital or analog(if properly configurated) recording will have almost same results... But if you wanna do that it's not better using a better radio receiver?(e680 fm ic receiver do the job but it's not extraordinary or excellent...)
