Flash Failed.. always... somebody help me..

help me pls..
but first, sorry for my bad english

when i flash my e680 it always failed..

after creating image 100%..
it failed

there is a blue screen on my phone..

reset BP
end reset BP
FLAG=0x7c7c7c7c
RESET=0x00000001
BRESET=0x00000000
ARESET=0x00000000
No BP_WDI before reset
start reflash code!

EZX AP bootloader.
Version 3.0 2004-05-18

i use PST 7.1.1
when i installed it says :
"Setup has detected that the Serrvice Pack version of the system installed is newer than the update you are applying to it"

is that mean i can't flash my e680 with windows XP Service Pack..?
but i won't change my OS.. are there another options..??

when i installed PST 7.2.3 there are CRC errors :
".... P2Kdattalogger doesn't match the file in the setup's .cab file ....
.... oleaut32.dll_ doesn't match the file in the setup's .cab file ....
.... wibukey.cp_ doesn't match the file in the setup's .cab file ...
.... wksvnw.nl_ doesn't match the file in the setup's .cab file ... "
and i always ingnored them

please help me..
where is the problem..?
should i change my Windows XP Service Pack or there is another option..?

i think the service pack means the service pack for pst and not winxp..
