i am not sure but i think u can only use bitmap file at 240x320
u can always change the animated one after the booting logo

i think it is impossible to use animated picture since we use compressed bmp .. animated logo from skin its enought for me ..

follow cyph's procedure, switch to low power mode, after connecting to port 10000 through telnet, you should be fine with dd if=/dev/mtd7
