I still stuck at the second floor trying to open the gate door. But nothing I can do to open it. Can someone tell how to???

well nither the safe nor the gate on the 2nd floor opens.got stuck up with this have any one cross thios level

you need to get a tong from the toilet and a lighter for bed room from second floor get back to the kichen and light the oven , put the candle in the pot and then use the tong to pick the key
