manually change theme

is it at all possible to manually (meaning, connect this to my linux box, or os10 box) and move/remove the theme files? i installed some knucklehead's theme and now i just get his boot logo and nothing more. i'd reallllllllly like to not lose 110 SMS messages in there......but i fear my option is to flash it again.

i don't know how the others will do it but this wht i will try.

try to telnet into ur phone. (if it is not possible, then i don't know how then)

replaced the file i upload with the file inside
ezxlocal > download > appwrite > setup > ezx_theme.cfg

wht this will do.... it will tell the phone tht u r currently using one of the 3 original themes that comes with the phone (so i hope u still have them).

if u distrust the content of the file i upload, do open it up wth wordpad.

i dont think you can telnet in, unless you use edited cg33. to telnet in without edited cg33, you need to tap a file, eg acmattach.lin to switch to usblan mode. since you cant get the gui, you cant tap the file. anyway, if you managed to telnet in, do the following:

copy a default theme to cfg:
cd /ezxlocal/download/appwrite/setup
cp A780_01.phm ezx_theme.cfg
shutdown -r now
