Linloader giving me an error message ...

im trying to run emulators on the phone ... thought i followed the "Maximum advantage (flash) thread" successfully ...

now i just Downloaded and successfully installed linloader (got the arrow pointing down icon in my programs list) ...

downloaded neo installer and transfered to phone ... tapped and held "install-neo.lin" and tapped "install and i get this error message ...

Error: The Software you are trying to run is not a java MIDlet. it will only run on specific phone models that should have been listed in instructions distributed along with the software. In add, a neo installer package must be installed and running on the phone. Sorry

lol ... i know neo-installer has to be installed thats why im attempting to install it ...

can some1 help me out w/this ... all i want to do is play nes emulators on the phone ... i really dont want to flash the phone again or do a master reset because i would then have to perform the Quad Band hack again ...

any help is appreciated ...

i DLed 2 different links too linloader (thinking maybe the 1st was made for a different phone) but the same error occurs w/the 2nd one ...

man i give up ... ive been trying for 2 weeks to get linloader working on this phone and no luck ... i give up ... im surprised w/all the experts here no1 knows what im talkin about ... i flashed w/the Maximize thread and i tried the non flash maximize thread and keep getting the same error message ...

so from what i can see ... no linloader = no cool phone tools/apps/games etc. ... thats ashame ... still the best phone i ever seen but its ashame i wont be able to use it to its full potential ...

you guys helped me out greatly w/the RadioComm Quad Band hack ... much appreciated and thanks again for he great site ...

ok ... i think the answer to my problem is i didnt PROPERLY install linloader by editting the PlugCardDB file ...

now my new problem is i dont have this file (or cant find it) at all on my phone or on the SD Card (when i do insert it into the phone) ...

i do have the "show hidden files" option enabled but i cant locate the Plugcarddb file so i can edit it w/t new code in word pad ...

now is it possible to download this file or make it? or could some1 simply copy their file and post it here so i can use it on my phone?
