Profile wont save

Hi I’m new to all this and need help...
I'm in Australia with a E680i and with Telstra pre-paid.
I can’t seem to get my mms or wap to work,
When I create a new profile in
Settings>Data Network>Internet Profile
And click save it doesn’t show up, it still say’s No profile.
As the phone was not released in Australia,
Support from Telstra or Motorola is not an option…
Any help would be appreciated… Thanks

In my country, there is an automatic service to fill all the information. Just send our hardware profile and after a few clicks, it finish.
I think u cannt make a profile yourself, cause the info (IP, gateway,...) is provided by Telsra, (or any supplier).
So, u should try to contact Telstra again.
