witch phone have 700 over ram speed?help me

our e680i is verry good in a lot of thing but when it play gba and ps game it so laggy coz e680i ram only 300 somthing so cannot support gba game(eventualy)....
so the question is do motorola have any phone that support linux and the speed of the phone is verry good?
i thinking of changging my e680i to e6 coz i think e6 much faster........

I love my Motorola E680i/g but I really hate Motorola Technology teams.

All of them are blind and deaf.

They dont understand our hope or dream.

Its simple...
Just put our Motorola phone with glue or what ever in the back or front our laptop...
If you do this... You can still play game's and recaive calling...

i just notice that linux mobile is the best coz dont have to worry bout virus witch will attack our phone....unlike symbian phone.....a ton of virus....rite guys?
