Phone Lock Problem

Hello

Am am having a major problem here

My phone has been locking itself without me touching anything when the lock switch is not engaged, it seems to do it at random times... and its happening more and more often now

It can be sitting there on my desk, The screen lights up and says the phone is locked, I slide the switch to lock and it says locked(again) slide the switch to unlock and it does not unlock, I cant even get into my phone when its doing this

I hopeing to god there is someway to fix it.. and its not a malfuntion in the switch itself

Has anyone had this problem and/or can give me any advice on what to do about it?

i think it's a hardware problem...
try ask the service center 'bout the problem
any other suggestion?

Damn... Weird.. i've heard several cases of the same issue

Any other suggestions before i take this thing apart >_<


It "seems' like a hardware problem... but its kinda weird that it will do it even when the phone is sitting still .. nothing touching it..nothing moving it... thats the reason i thought i could "possibly" be a software problem that might be able to be fixed

I dont know if i should try taking it apart first.. or flashing it first

Any other suggestions is VERY much appreciated

i think so. the problem is on the phonelock key.
i was had a problem with my phonelock key too b4. when i lock the phone it doesn't lock properly. sometimes after lock the phone lock dialog box appear randomly. i took my phone to service center n no sparepart have to replace. but may be different with your case.
