real player problems

hi i am facing a strange problem in my e680i . the realplayer does play .wav files but all of them for sum .wav files it says plugin cant b located the same problem is with rm files . help needed uegently. also is thr n alternative of realplayer for e680i . ne help is welcomed bye tc

i have another problem with real player too...
how come when i play audio with real player, when i want to sms or check other things on the phone, real player stop playing? as far as i concern this thing happen after i flash e680 to e680i (latest firmware)...
