Where can I download modified CG33 (by silvio)?

Hi All,

I'm NewForce newbie on this forum and this is my 1st post.

After I had downloaded the E680i "E680I_G_0D.C5.A4P_0D.B0.B1P_T674KV_L001_S015_P004_GSOE680IT674KV006_full.rar firmware"
from http://www.pashkovsky.com/e680 torrent file
And did also downloaded the modified CG35.smg file by "yantz"
somewhere from this forum

But 1 more mod CG33 smg file by "silvio" that much talk about in this forum I am still unable to locate.
(can find it here or at www.pashkovsky.com )

I like to have the capability to telnet my newly flashed E680+i,
would greatly appreciate if anyone can tell me where I can download it from.

if you just want to telnet, it isnt needed, just make a script that says:
#!/bin/bash
echo MotNet > /proc/usbd-switch
and run it with linloader when connected to pc in modem mode. Btw the cg35 is for unbranding the old fw, while there already is a new unbranded firmware out, so no need to use that.

As I'm new, could you tell me how to write the script that you've mentioned. With what file name and where to store it on the phone?
Was it to be written with a txt file?

Do you mean that the "E680I_G_0D.C5.A4P_0D.B0.B1P_T674KV_L001_S015_P004_GSOE680IT674KV006_full.rar" I had downloaded from www.pashkovsky.com/e680 torrent file was the new unbranded firmware?
But after flashing to above firmware, found that it does not contain the MPKG and other programs.
If that was not the answer, appreciate if you could help to provide me the link to the latest unbranded firmware. Million thanks.

The latest unbranded fw is the one on silvio's site, not sure if you used that but assumed, since you used cg35 which is for the old fw too. If you're flashing the new unbranded fw, dont use any cg's, and make that script with the built in text editor and then just rename it to .lin.

OK, will try to write the script file and re-flash the full "silvio" firmware again tomorrow as currently my kid is playing some games on my new E680+i

OK I had re-flashed the full silvio firmware and performed below steps.

1. Connected phone to pc in modem mode and run the new *.lin script file (created with phone text editor app) on phone and memory card with nothing happening.

2. Next has tried installing "yantz" www.motorolafans.com/index.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=586]LinLoader installation for E680i/A780[/url] and inserted lines into the sdcard\.system\java\ "PlugCardDB" file using Windows Wordpad and restarted the phone. Phone restarted with a new AppName ! icon on the phone desktop. Connected phone to pc in modem mode and re-run the *.lin script file again but nothing seem to be happening.

Just wondering is there anything or something I done wrongly?

Nothing happening after open with AppName (LinLoader)! Did not see the "passed" word appearing . My E680+i couldn't telnet so could not see the diska folder and the test1.txt file too...
