Ok i got the translation

First install the application. I installed xgif0.3a on E680i.

Now on SD/MMC card create a folder with the name "xgif" , Put the gif files you need, I guess 24 at the most. Rename them as 00.gif, 01.gif, 02.gif until 24.gif. Now tap the icon. Depending upon the current time, respective animation will be played.

PS: 00.gif will play when the time is 00:00 Hrs, 01.gif will play at 1:00 AM and so on.

Is there a difference between 00.gif and 24.gif? Aren't they both 12:00 AM?

technically, when the clock reaches 23:59:59, the next # would be 00:00:00 so i don't think 24:00:00 matters.
