i found this in ccmove.this app is for taking a pictures with a variety of frames/templates..but as asual it is in chinese.i dunno how to translate it because it is java app.i hope somebody here can translate it.it is very good app though..

sorry guys. i'm still looking for the right file to translate. in jar application usually translation can be done by editing .jpg files but in this case its different. will ask if we can edit .class files, it think its in there. will update you if something positive happens.
