Need Help for telnet to e680 using linux (suse 9.0 pro)

lol.. a phone has the better kernel than my computer..

i will see what i could do and test it more out...

minimum i can use the Mass Storage on my e680 with my old suse 9.0.

may i test out the suse 9.3 but i think there is an old kernel too in it...
or newst of fedora or debian, but have to download it first..

yes i could switch to the 2.4.21-99 default kernel, but the usblan.o is for the 2.4.21-144-default kernel which i not have...

try you (yast online update)

i m using suse 9.3 now, but the kernel is 2.6.11.4-21.7-default (updated with YOU yast-updater).

i think, i have to wait until suse 9.4 or 10 is out until i can telnet my e680...

but BT is working with the e680, so i can transfer files, and also usb (e680 in Mass storage mode) works better and automatically than in suse 9.0.

perhaps my self patched usbnet module is not running stable

I had the some problem. Beside similar output of dmsg, I got the following lines:

Whatttttttt a flustrating thing that I couldn't visit my E680I using usbnet mode!
