er..singtel is 0.005 per kb. looks cheap but if u used 1 mb, it comes around to 5 bucks.

In Thailan I use DTAC 1 Baht per Min (ZAD promotions:: 1 baht for MMS SMS and GPRS) ^_^
1 $ appx 39 Baht
