Problem using calling card

Hi, does anyone knows how to use a calling card with the E680?when i called the card's number they will ask for the cards password.how can i insert the numbers when there are no numbers on the screen?

Not sure if this is true for the E680 firmware, but using the E680i firmware, there's a button at the left side, just below the middle. If you press that, the number pad appears.

Click/tap the handset picture on the left, next to smiley. That'll do the trick.
