Can i use telnet to increase my volume for my realplayer?

Yes, but does it run Linux?
For me, I wanna increase the bass. It's not as "kickin'" as E398.

Thats because E398 has vibe sync, which means that the phones vibrator will vibe synchronized with the song your playing, but because e680 has no separate vibrator, itll not have as good bass.

Is the vibe sync hardware or software?

as i said, hardware, cause the e680 doesnt have vibrate device, it uses low frequency pulses to vibrate.
