Hardware Issue

Hi.. , anyone has encountered this problem ?
My stylus cannot select anything from the screen , but my navigation button can.

After reboot , touchscreen can work ...

After sometimes..... , touchscreen failed again...
again , i reboot and it works..

failed two times in a day... dunno wat is wrong...
but now its ok... really worrying me
cos i am about to flash to 680i... and after flash means warranty void....
if bring down to motorola service center , how to put it across to them? cos now its working well...


wat u guys think i shld do?
1 . to leave it as it is and see how?
2. to go to motorola service ?
3. heck care and flash to 680i
4. any other suggestions?

Have you tried to calibrate the screen? My E680 respons a lot better after I do screen calibration.

why not try the service centre? the last time i went there, at plaza singapura, i had a good experience servicing my old v3688. the service was fast and hasle free. they didnt even ask for my warranty card.

but i think maybe a master reset/clear might do the trick

i dont think you need to do anything. even if i've flashed my phone, i'll just go over

If they dont want to help you, you should shout " I CAN PAY YOU MORE THAN THIS DEVICE'S PRICE!!!"
