now you dont have a warranty, but when you flash it, youll completely lose the warranty. So i'd first go to the shop you bought it/moto service center.

without warranty still can help, they will check the manufacture date, furthermore this model is still new, shouldn't have a problem

Yeah, you don't need to bring your warranty card with you. Just take the phone to Moto CS. They've got your IMEI registered, I suspect. Unless you bought the phone in black market. Hehe.
