pls Help me, my phone is loked

Hi, I´m wrriting form Argentine. I make a mystake, a forgot my password and now my cellphone is loked. It ask me for a password and I can`t use any services, I just can recibe calls.
I read in the manual that the presetting number is 000000, but it doesn`t work.
I there any tip that you can give me so with this? I fell bad because I bought it just one week ago.

do you have changed the default password 000000?
bad idea if you cannot remember your password
the only way will be a reflash.
if you have a real E680 you can flash it to E680I or E680G

if i remember correctly ycyas has flashed his E680 to E680I/G
