1) As with all PDA type screens (LCD), never know when it'll spoil. Just hope before warranty so can fix back hahah
2) your face won't touch the screen if you hold it properly. Also you MUST get a screen protector for your phone or else screen get scratched then ur heart ache.
3) try to get a phone pouch. It is an LCD screen so its pretty soft. I'm using a phone pouch for the nokia 6600 and it fits nicely with a hard front so I don't need to lock the phone. Got mine for only RM10

U can get the screen protector from sim lim or there's a shop at plaza singapura...basement where u can ask the uncle to fix the protector for u. S$15. Anyway u have to take care of ur phone wether its big screen, small screen or no screen.

I suggest u nail a wooden plank to cover the screen to prevent it from any "physical abuse"

i have been using the phone without any form of screen protector but i've never found any problems with the screen...

the touch screen seems pretty durable and i always put it into my pockets by itself without anything else, which seems logical if you don't want keys scratchin it up....

the only problem i found is that sometimes when i talk through the earpiece on the phone, my face would accidently hit buttons on the screen... but i've solved the problem by remembering to hit the phone lock everytime after i make a call....

other than that, i always clean the screen with those cloths for glasses regularly...
