Some one can teach me how to fix my E680 Memory Full Problem

Some one can teach me how to fix my E680 Memory Full Problem ? Actualy easy to fix it with reflash my E680.
But the point is..I dun want reflash s/w, coz it will make my Message in phone lost.
I can't backup My Message via Computer.
What i try do fix it is :
- Delete file (FAIL to fix the problem)
- Format in phone in File Manage (FAIL to fix the problem)
- Change FLASH IC (FAIL to fix the problem)

Some one can giv Idea to me.. for fix this problem without reflash phone or master clear.

can you telnet in to the phone? modem mode or USB Lan mode?
if not you can do a master clear or flash the phone, but on both options you will lost your messages!


are the messages that important for you? i delete allways every messages after around 400 messages.....

Haiz... that SMS very Important to me ar...
Master Reset = can't delete any memory from phone.
Master Clear = Clear all ur Phone Memory.
So i won Master Clear My phone Without Backup My data.
But SMS cant Backup.... Sad.

u can back up ur sms using mobile phone tools..... try it. i bet it solve ur prob..
