strange problem

Hi,
I just bought a new E680 and wondering if anyone experience this problem?

I on the phone and wait 30 seconds, the phone will auto off. and once its off, i cannot on it back. i need to take out the battery and put it back to switch it back on. tried afew times but it always auto off after 30 secs. please help.

note: its not the same as the phone saving power. i checked the power management part and after 30 secs, its suppose to off the backlight, but its suppose to be on when i tap with stylus or press button rite?

Unless I'm overlooking a hidden option, I think your unit is defective, I hope you have warranty.

yes i charged battery already. the package got 2 batteries. i tried both charged 10 hrs for both still same problem i think i going to the shop and see what they can do. most prob is defect

wow...mine used to hang too, very unpredictable. After just using it for 4 months. Went down to motorola service centre, after 3 trips, they finally changed to a brand new set.
