my e680 *i've upgraded to e680i* doesn't detect MM

ok.... i got a new MMC card... its free actually.... firstly i inserted it into o2 xda II mini and formatted it..... the phone read the MMC... but when i inserted the MMc into e680... the phone also accept the MMC.... but the phone explorer wont... so its like the phone recognize the MMC but cant explore nor access the files in it.... when i connect my e680 into pc in usb drive mode, its ok... i can transfer files into MMC via my phone... how can this happen? how can i solve this problem?

In the file explorer (called "My favorites" on the E680i), tap and hold the SD icon, until the little menu pops up. It has a format option.

the problem is now the file explorer doesn't detect my MMC card at all.... how i'm gonna tap it?

yeah i formatted it already... about 10 times... but still cant detect........ i format it into FAT system.... not FAT32 nor NTFS

I once used my bro MMC card from his nokia 6600. I can't format the mmc card on the e680 but can on the nokia. After formatting on the nokia then i transfer the card to my e680.

So my suggestion is: Try to format the mmc card on a nokia, then see how the outcome.

Some MMC cards just won't work with some devices though. I have a handful of cards, and some just refuse to work in the E680. Others refuse to work in my cardreader or PDA. Sometimes they just don't match
