Default Problem with 3.5mm to 2.5mm adaptor

I bought the adaptor from SLS, but it will auto answer my incoming calls when i'm listening to music. This happen coz the adaptor is 2/3 plug into the phone, to have stereo sound. Sigh...

Anyone encounter the same problem? Try to get the 4 lines adaptor (3.5mm to 2.5mm) from ebay, hopefully it works fine with E680.

soldering the ear- headphones to the original motorola headset-cable instead using the "big antenna" (2,5 to 3,5 adaptor)!

i'm using the bluetooth headset, so don't really want to use the original motorola earpiece. furthermore, the earpiece is too huge for me. Keep dropping out from my ear...& keep "hammering" others..hahaa...

Change the e680 in-reaphones to better ones.

    1. open your in-earphone speakers may with a smal knife or similar, until you se the back of the smal in-ear speakers with its cable,

    2. heat up the solderdevide and unsolder the cable from the smal speaker, also do it on the other one speaker.

    3. open the speaker from the new in-earphones (or headphones) until see the cable.

    4. unsolder the original cable from the new headphones and change it with the the original motorola e680 cable.

    5. solder the e680 cable on back from the speakers from the new headphones and close it so that it looks good again like new.

    6. test it on your e680 and have fun with it

so, i hope this tutorial is usefull for they who want change thier earphones.
