blue light on the navi button

last time i dropped my fone it the toilet bowl (i know what you think, luckily just a slight dip cuz it was in the pouch), anyways, that blue light came on and i've never seen it one b4. how do i control that light? meaning turn it on of off if i want to or what does it means when the light is on.

The low-power option turns it off. Set this option to off, and the light will come on
