phone charging problem...help needed!

Hi I'm in korea now and i forgot to bring my charger with me. I know that the phone can be charged via my notebook but now the battery is totally dead and i cant turn it on at all. Does anyone know if i can still charge my phone via notebook without turning on the phone at all??

nope. usb needs some power to begin with

The charger is the same as the charger for the RAZR I think (at least they both have mini-usb) so if the RAZR is availailable in Korea you might be able to find a charger in a local shop.

Thanks but things are amazingly expensive here. It cost me S$60 the other day just to get a multi pin travel power adapter. It would only cost me S$6 in singapore. Everything here is just overly inflated. And they use CDMA phones here not GSM.
