Add more "fields" to address book, is that possibl

First of all, i would like to thx all of u guys here for creating this forum about Mot E680.
I just bought the phone yesterday after reading so much good review on this and some other site, ad i also like the fact that it's very customizable.

I'm quite a busy person, so normally i take 4 Hand phone when i go out to work.
and 2 handphone when i'm not at bussiness hour.

My main phone is the nokia 9500,
butis very dull, nothing much sortware, and the phone is really slow, the reason i still using it is because the address book , of symbian OS is the best addrees book i ever use,
it can't add unlimited fields for phone number and address and everything, and i can even rename the fields of the number accordinglly.
But cause the phone is quite big, i dun want to carry it when i'm o vacation, or dinner.
so i bough this E680 for that purpose.
so sar i like the E680, it fast, great screen smal enough to carry in my pocket, and unlike the nokia, the motorola is quite not popular here in Indonesia, so when people see it , they lik "oooh what phone is that? it's cool "

Anyway, is there anyway that i can put more fiels in the address book?
cause a lot of my bussiness patner has a lot of phone numbers.
and i dun want to enter it with different contact names.

Isthere anyway i can get it done on my E680?
can somebody help me ?

wow.....you can add to a maximum of 6 numbers and it isn't enough?

yeah it's not quite enough
i have contacts that have 12 numbers!!! Ad that's just the Handphone number,
minus home and work number,
and some contacts also have more than 3 adresses

More then 3 adresses? And more then 12 numbers? Lol your 'contacts' must be kinda rich.

hehhe igot a few bussiness,
,Property,Car spare part,and also parrarel import of cars from japan to Indonesia.

cause some of my contact has few mobile number:few GSM,Few CDMA,Few singapore /indonesia / overseas mobile number,
and so is the addrress

anyway is there anyway to makeit available?

I dont think that theres a possibility for more numbers, since most people just dont use more then 12 numbers.

i have just max. 2 numbers in a contact, one handphone and the otherone the home number.

they people who uses up to 12 number may they have up to 12 handphones on the way at the same time, and per incomming call they have to search the right handphone 5minutes long... lol..

You can use the Note field to store the other numbers. You don't have to re-type them to call, just copy from the Note field and paste into the dialer. Doesn't help with incoming ID though.
